Pioneer Valley Car Service offers transportation services, including but not limited to private rides, to and from various locations as specified during the booking process.
2. Reservations
- Booking: Reservations can be made online through our website or over the phone. A valid payment method is required to secure a booking.
- Confirmation: Upon successful booking, a confirmation email will be sent to the provided email address detailing the reservation specifics. In the rare event that you do not get a confirmation within 48 hours, please contact our office at (413) 315-9919.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Notice Period: Reservations must be cancelled 72 hours in advance otherwise the full charge will apply, no exceptions will be made.
- Peak Times: Some reservations during busy times are non-refundable as soon as you make them. We will let you know in advance if your reservation is a non-refundable one.
- How to Cancel: To cancel a reservation, please contact our customer service team via the contact information provided on our website.
- Refunds: Reservations canceled with at least 72 hours notice are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours before the pickup time are non-refundable.
4. Passenger Responsibilities
- Timeliness: Passengers are expected to be ready at the designated pickup location and on time. If you are running late, you will be charged waiting time. In case you do not contact us or we cannot reach you 30 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time, your reservation will be deemed as a NO-Show and the full charge will apply.
- Conduct: Respectful and lawful behavior is expected at all times. Pioneer Valley Car Service reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger displaying inappropriate or dangerous behavior.
- Belongings: Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. Pioneer Valley Car Service is not liable for any lost or damaged items during transit.
5. Limitation of Liability
Pioneer Valley Car Service aims to provide timely and reliable service. However, we are not liable for delays or failures in service due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic conditions, weather events, or mechanical failures. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to inform passengers and provide alternative arrangements.
6. Changes to Terms
Pioneer Valley Car Service reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with the effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
7. Governing Law
