We understand your travel plans may change.
With that in mind, PV Car Service has a cancellation policy :

• when you make a reservation online or over the phone, just give us 72 hours notice prior to your pickup time and we will cancel your reservation without a charge. Unfortunately, PV Car Service will charge your credit card if you cancel with less than 72 hrs notice prior to pickup time or in the event of a no-show.
• If you book a private service and your flight is delayed, cancelled or plans have changed you can reschedule within the next 72 hours for the same service you initially booked (from point A to point B) however, if you decide to cancel you will get charged the full fare.
